The North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, commonly known as North Carolina A&T, is a public university located in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Founded in 1891, it ranks 277 among U.S. universities and follows a semester-based academic calendar.

All students are considered for scholarships. Some students may need to fill out a separate application for monetary support contingent on specific circumstances.

Numerous internship opportunities are offered by the university. Students in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences are required to partake in a semester-long internship program.

North Carolina A&T has over 150 student organizations with a wide array of topics including creative, academic, and identity-based clubs. Intramural sports are popular on campus, and all students are welcome to try out.
