The Public Interest Law & Policy Speakers Series also allows students to hear insight directly from those leading the field. Students may also choose to earn a certification in Public Interest Law, Business & Corporate Law, or International & Comparative Law.

Washington University in St. Louis School of Law also offers joint degrees. Students may choose to complete a JD/MBA, JD/MSW, JD/LLM in NDR, JD/Tax LLM, JD/MPH, JD/MA WGSS, or JD/MSP. For those who want to study abroad, there are also 16 different programs to explore.

On campus, students can get involved with an array of organizations such as the American Constitution Society, Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, Black Law Students Association, Cannabis Law Society, Character & Fitness, Christian Legal Fellowship, Criminal Law society and more. St. Louis also provides an array of leisure activities such as the Saint Louis Zoo, the Saint Louis Art Museum, the Missouri Botanical Garden, and more.

Most graduates work in Missouri, Illinois, or Texas. However, 10 graduates of the class of 2021 were employed in foreign countries. 31 hold clerkship positions (31 at the federal level and 6 at the state, local, or territorial level). 17 are employed in business or industry, 13 are employed in government, 15 are employed in public interest, and 2 are employed in academia.
